“I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

Russell was an excellent mechanic and investigator since he found out my brake booster was the wrong one installed for my truck at a previous car shop and the master cylinder they installed was also defective. Saved me so much money from almost purchasing a new vehicle. I’d recommend woodys to anyone :)”
“My VW Atlas was making grinding noises when I applied the brakes. Called on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday. When they inspected the car, they found I needed new brake pads and rotors. They were able to complete the work same day and even offered to give me a ride home because I live locally. “My daughter’s car broke down on a Sunday night on the side of a highway and I went to meet her. After waiting an hour and a half for my insurance company’s roadside assistance to give me some kind of update (not happy with them!), I started calling around on my own. After some unpleasant and not very helpful calls and beginning to worry we might not find anyone, I called Ferreira’s and hope re-entered the night. The dispatcher was friendly, ensured she got all the right info and assured us someone was in the way. The driver arrived and was extremely helpful and towed it to a location closer to home. He was familiar with that location and talked me through how that particular place handles overnight drop offs. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, Ferreira’s is now in my contact list! Thanks for bailing us out!”

“Not even an hour ago I was on the side of a busy highway with a flat tire, stressed out to the max. But once I called Manny and the guys at Sheehans towing, it felt like a bad situation got a lot better. Manny showed up with a flatbed because my car is low and was so nice and professional. Felt like I've known him forever haha. Now not even an hour later, im safe im my home and my car was towed, respectfully and without damage, to my driveway.
