“I love this place. The staff are friendly and experienced and they have everything in this store. I borrowed a long clamp from a friend and a vital nut was lost. I'd already been to another store, but no luck. Jared jumped into action and knew exactly where to start and in just a couple of minutes he found the exact match (metric!). Sixty cents but I got as much attention as if I was buying a new grill. Please just stop looking elsewhere and head to Aubuchon. Ask for Jared. ;-).”

“This is the most "retail" on a budget you will get on island. They have home items like candles, shower matts, towels. You can also buy limited shoes or sandals. Birthday carda at a low cost, toys for kids, hardware items are downstairs typically.”

The staff, all of them, were very friendly, which was a nice change of the experiencing I have been having around the island lately. They carry Benjamin Moore paint, which was why I went in; they do samples and will paint match for you. I will definitely be a return customer while we renovate our home.”

I don’t believe a single room in any house on the island hasn’t been connected somehow to Shirley’s, before or after the advent of Ice Cream. And the nice and helpful people who run it are the best.”
