“Highly recommend Cape Cod Pack & Ship. I’ve been a townie here and I cannot believe today was my first time in the store! I was shipping legal documents that I needed packaged. Due to the type of documents I could not leave until the box was sealed.Andrew was super professional and even though I knew I was not next in line to get my items packaged he quickly accommodated me. I was truly not expecting this and was prepared to sit and wait. I watched Andrew converse with three other customers while I was in the shop—customer service, in my opinion, is a dying art. “We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”

“I tried to go to the post office in Vineyard Haven first, but it was packed. Do yourself a favor and drive down to West Tisbury to visit Jack ! You might find some hidden gems along the way.
Jack was extremely friendly and attentive. Every customer that came in knew his name. He helped me get my package together and talked to me about my visit. Good customer service is a rare skill these days it seems, but I found it in Jack. I was truly appreciative of him. He made my day brighter.”
“Great post office!! I had two packages go missing for my wedding bridesmaids proposal boxes. Mike called me immediately upon putting in a request at USPS. He was so helpful and patient? Not only did he do the box that had gone missing going towards East Falmouth he even did the box search report for one going to Dallas for me. Excellent customer service! Just to compare, I haven't even heard from Dallas yet so I am very impressed with the service here.”

“Very convenient option if you're vacationing on the Cape & want to drop off a couple of postcards while on the Vineyard doing touristy stuff. This USPS location is smack dab in the middle of all of that, but still seems like an active resource for locals as well. Quick service at the window, despite a handful of people in line.”
