“I was in urgent need of a restroom & I believe the attendant's name was Jerry. He quickly directed me where I needed to go. I didn't have much hope for a gas station restroom, but to my delight the facilities were clean, maintained well & in good working order. After I finished I just popped my head in to thank him & let him know how clean & fresh smelling everything was and to advise I had used the last of the tp. I was just so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness & excellent service for a quick restroom stop. I'll definitely return for more than the restroom in the near future. Jerry has gained a customer today.??”
“Dent on my driver's front bumper yesterday at a gas station, so I went to Bouchard's Getty this morning. The technician was able to fix my bumper by pushing it back in. He didn't even charge me. Great Customer Service. Thank you!”
“I can't say enough good things about R&A Automotive . I feel like they treat me like a family member. Every experience I have with them has been excellent . They have a strong knowledge in automotives and their work and experience shows that . Even more than that, and maybe most importantly, these guys are great guys, with great character and work ethic. They stand by thier work. They want to you to be satisfied with the work that they do and if for some reason youre not ...they will listen to you ..and resolve issue fairly. In the last few years I've gotten to know the crew at R&A and I have come to develope a genuinely good relationship with all the guys. If you decide to visit them for your Automotive needs, I believe you also can develope that same relationship and come to the same conclusion I have. That these guys are very good at what they do and they are for real. Definitely worth checking out R&A, you wont be disappointed.”

“I was passing through town and stuck in a parking lot across the street with my car alarm blaring and the ignition disabled. I walked over to Beverly Auto Center, where Karim recommended a towing company, and then immediately looked at my car once it was in his lot. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving, and although he couldn't fix the problem until Monday, he recommended an electronics specialist from a nearby business (Marconi Radio) who was able to solve the problem that day and get me on my way. Meanwhile, as i was sitting in his waiting area for a couple of hours I saw many customers come in with a variety of problems and he and his crew was attentive and friendly to every one of them. If I lived here this is where I'd be taking my car for all future repairs.”
“I’m usually not one to write reviews, but quality and honest work is something that is very hard to come by and deserves every ounce of recognition possible. My car has seen more than its fair share of cold and salty winters, so it was due for some brake work. I went elsewhere for quotes, namely some corporate auto shops…absurd up-selling, exaggeration of issues, and above all else astronomical quoting. As someone who is pretty knowledgable about cars, I could smell these corporate chains just going after the money…I brought my car to Ed’s as a work-in and within a couple of hours, I had all new rotors, pads, and even cleaned and regressed calipers that were frozen or sticking! The best of all was the price…nearly 1/3 that of what other places were trying to sell me. Needless to say, Ed’s will have both my girlfriend and I’s business for as long as we’re in the area. It’s not often you find an honest and reliable mechanic that you can wholeheartedly trust to only do what is necessary and not try to rob you of your money, but also to do so while being the friendliest of people. “Just had yet another great experience with Elite. Stopped to put air in a tire, turns out it’s a nail - yikes! Elite took care of it so quickly and for a good price. I won’t be bringing my car anywhere else. (also they are super dog friendly!)”

“First time visiting this place. Almost no wait at the gas station. This is unusual for a Costco gas station. The price is about the same as BJ'S gas station nearby.”
“I was running low on gas and these guys came in clutch! They have pretty good prices, and the location is convenient.
It was full-service, so I didn't need to get out of the car, and the guy did it for me.”
“The service here was very professional. I tried calling, left a message to request appointment for oil change. I then went over and was told they could service the car while I waited. Although it seemed to be a busy Saturday, every employee took the time to ask “ How can I help you?”
The oil change was done promptly, questions answered and recommendations made for further tire repair.
Also, the owner responded to my voicemail while I was waiting for my car!!!
I whole heartedly recommend this business!”

“Fred, Joe, and their staff have provided high quality service to my family for years. We drive high mileage Hondas (Odyssey and Civic) which require ongoing maintenance, and these guys are always transparent and communicative. They identify the specific, crucial issues, quote the exact price it will end up costing, and identify other upcoming maintenance issues (with no pressure to get things done immediately.) They work efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.”

“Mike and Sons Oil have been helping me since the move to my first home. Their customer service is amazing. Whenever we've had trouble with the furnace or hot water, they've been able to diagnose the problem and correct the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Big thanks to Pat and his team who particularly helped me out in two different scenarios. We were struggling to fix the hot water pressure in the latest one, and the plumber that we called said to call our "oil guy". Despite our unique set up and the fact that we had an unusual problem with the furnace, Pat and his team were able to identify the problem and fix it in a few hours. Their professionalism and commitment to fixing our problem was admirable and very much appreciated. Thanks again, Pat and Doreen, for helping us in our latest jam in a speedy and efficient manner!”
