“This shop. Hands down..the most fanciful, eclectic and interesting shop I've been in whilst visiting from Indiana! I was mesmerized. Velvet hats, kimonos, jewelry, books, tarot, tea, pins, art....I even found my most favorite drawing pens in here so I bought a couple.I also bought my husband a very handsome, waxed canvas satchel for his birthday.Stop by here if you are in Salem!We'll definitely be back someday?”

“What an amazing shop to visit in Marblehead! I couldn't stop looking at all the colorful pottery as I visited with the personable owner, Joanne. The high quality products are simply beautiful. I had a hard time choosing, but finally decided upon a brightly colored bowl and a gorgeous lantern, The shop allows patrons to paint their own pottery. My next visit to Marblehead will include this hands on experience.”

“The Rustic Mandala is a beautiful, cozy boutique filled with unique home decor, furniture, fixtures, local soaps and accessories. I stopped by and was blown away with all of their beautiful items. “Bought 3 gifts for my dear friend who lives in southern USA. Forgot to get a proper sentimental Boxing Day gift as I usually had, so I got this on the 24th, and Moody's delivered, and then some. Got them (the last!) mango wood jewelry box, a 5" glass heart, and a few cat measuring spoons for good measure.They DID say that the heart would be crafted with a loop on the top in the description, which would have been ideal for posting/hanging it, but life goes on. They say they custom-make the hearts color-wise, yet I asked for more green/lime-green as the dominant color, but that didn't really come to fruition entirely. It's still a beautiful piece, other party likes it a lot.Item arrived today (2nd), and I'm grateful for their hustle in the hectic season.Would recommend, will shop again!”

“I went to this place on a Friday evening. The store owner, Joanne was super kind and came to the store and opened it for me even though she had to walk her dog. She had beautiful paintings she made all around and pretty cards she painted on as well. Her items were of excellent quality and I got a nice beanie and scarf and handmade soaps from there. Overall, she's wonderful and I'm happy she's one of 9 women owned businesses in the area. I'd recommend this to be a must visit.”

But the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to help me find the perfect machine for my needs.Since then, I've been back to JOANN countless times. “I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.”

“I strolled into the Sleep Number store last Thursday afternoon after having one of the most trying days I've had in years. I needed my day to take a turn for the better and after meeting Adam, it did just that! Not only did I ultimately purchase an an I8, pillows, and sheets but I largely did so thanks to Adam's amazing service, approachable demeanor, and mastery of his craft. He leveled with me right off the start and was quick to point out both pros and cons of both the Sleep Number as well as it's competitors. He at no point made me feel like he was selling me something and as a local business owner in sales, I truly appreciate that in a salesperson. I couldn't have been happier to get to spend an hour trying out mattresses while letting the stress of my day wash away with a warm, friendly, and knowledgable professional like Adam. I was happy to report that by the end of my hour in the store, my day had turned around and within 24 hours I was the proud purchaser of a Sleep Number bed. Thank you Adam and I am certain I will sleep easy knowing you helped me make the right decision.”

“Jay Maher and Jordans Furniture get five stars times two. Jay Maher went above and beyond to ensure I was able to have a chair delivered to my home before a health treatment I was due to receive. The chair I wanted was in the warehouse sold to another customer who wasn't going to take delivery until the next month. Management called the customer to ask permission to sell it to me since another one would be there by the time they needed it. The couch will be delivered at a later time. Not only that, but everyone my husband and I encountered in the store were friendly, helpful and courteous. We don't find that all the time in retail sales anymore. It was the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. I won't hesitate to go back to this store and to find Jay Maher to help us.”

I have had both the most helpful and friendly sales associates and designers each time I have shopped at the store. They were also incredibly realistic about the timelines for shipping etc.One of the designers Kendra has been an amazing resource in helping to design two rooms in my house and even looking at pictures and FaceTiming us to ensure the sizing of things would fit correctly in our space. I am so happy with everything we have purchased and will absolutely be shopping with them again and getting Kendra’s help with whatever design questions I have.”
