The owner, Scott, is easygoing, fair, and incredibly knowledgeable, the kind of guy who actually listens and helps you find the right parts. His shelves are packed (in every sense of the word) with a huge variety of RC parts in stock, from everyday fixes to hard-to-find, and you might even come across some vintage new old stock. Prices are fair, advice is honest, and the vibe is welcoming. I highly recommend Pratt Hobby Shop. I happily drive three hours to visit and always leave with what I needed there.”

They are knowledgeable and kind, so very helpful, and literally fixed two small pieces without hesitation, right there on the spot for no charge. The prices for the watch batteries and other larger pieces are so good -more than reasonable. I had a ring fixed twice by a “big time” jeweler down the street for 5x what the golden link priced it at. I feel safe knowing my precious jewelry is in their capable hands. “I sadly lost my mother this past April, my first thought after her funeral was that I needed to find a way to preserve the flowers from her service. I went on the hunt and came across many businesses but one name came up repeatedly, and that name was Rose Keepsakes. I was very nervous, terrified even, to drop off something that was so precious to me. The wonderful owners walked me through the process and reassured me that my flowers would be cared for and that they would be safe. She was extremely patient while I changed my mind three times about whether I wanted to make a ring or earrings. I ended up choosing this ring and not only do I now have this beautiful piece to carry with me everywhere, I was also given the remaining dried flowers for my own personal use. Having the extra flowers allowed me the opportunity to preserve them in a different and personal way. This has been the hardest thing that I have ever gone through but Rose Keepsake has genuinely taken such a weight off of my chest with their process. I am eternally grateful. I could not recommend them enough.”
“My fiance and I got our wedding bands from DeScenza diamonds. We went for their wedding band event that they hold annually in March which has a large selection of bands and a good discount- I believe 30% off. They had a free raffle to enter just for coming and free champagne. We both found the perfect rings and ordered them that day. Unfortunately on pick up, the ring my fiance brought home for me was completely different than the one I had picked out. I had to bring it back and return it, and then they had to reorder the ring I had wanted. Due to that mix up I cannot give 5 stars, but they did make the exchange relatively painless. Overall I would go there again and recommend them to others.”

“Talk about a huge selection of beautiful crystals, minerals and stones! Spent over an hour in here searching for the perfect stones to bring back home with me to Florida as a souvenir of my trip to Salem. The prices were beyond reasonable for the quality! Ended up finding the most beautiful flourite and Labradorite pieces! Literally drooling over this flourite still! They even included little info cards which is super helpful for any who are just getting into crystals/minerals and such!”
