I rented it a week prior,, it was ready and exactly what I ordered (for everyone complaining about getting an unsolicited electric car FYI the super cheap rates all say fully electric at the top, picture attached below)
I was greeted immediately and the employee that handled the check in was very helpful and professional. It was Christmas eve when I returned the car. The gentleman had me checked out in no time with outstanding customer service.
I already reserved a car with them again!

“Nothing but a pleasant experience. When I needed to extend, I made the mistake of initially trying to do so through the 800 number. The 800 number representative quoted me $70 and $120 over the price of what was/is advertised on their website. After feeling defeated and bringing the car back to the rental place, the gentleman behind the counter helped us out when the 800 number representatives couldn't. Definitely will rent from here again in the future.”
