I reached out to several of the suggested shippers on Bonham's Auction list and Pak Mail was super reasonable and attentive to my needs. My Mother had passed away this week and I was dreading dealing with unreasonable pack and ship stores, but Pak Mail was fantastic. Their quote was far less than the others, and the folks I was communicating with were very friendly and caring. I bid often with Bonhams, and going forward I will only use Pak Mail in Fitchburg.”

“Staples has found ways to make their brick and mortar stores relevant. Between handling returns from online vendors, providing passport photos and all the print and copying functions and having basic needs in stock, I have recently been going to Staples at least once or twice a week. This is a HUGE deviation from prior to Amazon returns, when I went there maybe once every 5 years. Kudos Staples.”
“Nick was an extremely helpful person at the service desk. He was polite, quick, efficient and had an excellent customer service attitude. That was surprising to me because he told me he had to be on his feet virtually the whole day. I guess that puts an end to My idea of working for the post office unless I can get a part-time job!By the way if, somebody helps you at any kind of business or service and has a really good attitude, make a point of telling them so. I know from decades as a business owner that finding people with a good customer service attitude is harder than people think. so the next time somebody does the good job make sure to tell them so, because I assure you hear a lot more negative comments than positive ones! “I recently had a package that was sent to me get inadvertently misdelivered to the wrong address. I called the local office in Groton and spoke with one of the team members there who was very helpful, offering to check the details on where the package was dropped and call me back. I got a call back a couple hours later and they had found where it got dropped off - the package was at my house another hour later. Great service!”
