I like this place because it allows you to ship products from multiple carriers, such as UPS/FedEx...ect. I haven't had any problems. There were a few times that I've showed up within business hours while the place was temporarily closed because they leave to deliver the packages to the carriers.

They usually come back about around 3:30 pm.”

The associates are very friendly and helpful at checkout or doing returns, or in finding items or getting information. If you are not part of the Easy Rewards and use the App, this definitely makes a difference in taking advantage of points back and sale items. I do watch their promotions for items that I purchase on a regular basis.”
“Monday late afternoon I was called into my boss's office telling me we needed to order the biggest banner possible for a group of 350 coming in on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m..
I went on line at Staples to try and do this on my own but couldn't, so I called the Staples in leominster and I spoke to a lovely woman in the printing department. She advised me to send her an email explaining what I needed exactly. I wasn't sure the email went through so I printed it and I dropped it off. I told her I needed this ASAP
She told me she would do her very best but couldn't guarantee they could have it done by Tuesday afternoon but definitely by 8:00 a.m. Wednesday.
On Tuesday I called because I had made an error on the banner (I needed to change the address from 99 to 34 not that big of a deal) they apologized and told me they couldn't do it because it was done and ready for me to pick up.
So I ordered this banner on Monday at 4:00 p.m. and it was done Tuesday morning...
This is the 3rd or fourth time Staples has saved my ass, I well now use them for all of my printing needs moving forward....”
“I went in for a passport photo after phoning to see if an appointment was needed (it wasn’t for a Tuesday or wednesday) No one in lobby or behind the counter. A quick press of a bell summoned Melissa, the most cheerful, helpful, and efficient customer service person I had dealt with in years. She was a wealth of information on the process, and after taking the photo, she showed it to me for my approval. Wow ?. “I recently had a package that was sent to me get inadvertently misdelivered to the wrong address. I called the local office in Groton and spoke with one of the team members there who was very helpful, offering to check the details on where the package was dropped and call me back. I got a call back a couple hours later and they had found where it got dropped off - the package was at my house another hour later. Great service!”
