“Been in need of a nice pair of work boots for what I thought was several months now, but after today I've realized I've had the wrong work boots my whole life. Tried on a pair of the BOA boots, and my life will never be the same again. Not only did I get fitted properly for the first time in decades, the boots themselves have changed me. Just a few steps and I had a moment where I blacked out, and my life flashed before my eyes. Thousands of moments, all wearing the wrong boots, completely missing out on life and comfort. I can't believe I'm almost 42, and just now found this gift from God. I will never again purchase another brand or boot for the rest of my days. Nor will my children know anything but Red Wing boots. The hospitality, a.k.a. customer service was impeccable, the staff took care of my Dad and help them find shoes that fit his foot with his condition. They even help the kids try on their shoes they tied up all the laces and everything. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for high quality customer service with great prices.”
