“I just recently moved to Fitchburg and, of course, in the middle of our move my car decided to start making this god-awful noise when stopping in traffic. I called A&P because the ratings and reviews were really good and after my experience, I can add my voice to those reviews. They were able to get me in the very next day and told me they would let me know the cost before any work was done. They also promised to try and get my car back to me before the end of the day. “Clocked out of work to find my tire flat with a nail in it. After calling about a dozen shops, this was the only one that could help me same day.
They got me into a bay immediately, repaired my tire and got me out within 30 minutes. The gentleman hooked me up, which he didn't have to do but I greatly appreciated it. Fast and friendly service, would recommend.”
“I am so pleased with the complete brake job I received. I noticed my brakes weren't stopping correctly and they were making a noise so I took my car to a place I have been going for years and they said everything was fine. I had my tires rotated at another place and they told me the brakes were very bad and the someone stripped the bolts on them by trying to take them off with a regular bolt head and mine needs a metric. They suggest to go to Les Auto Repair because they would have no problem getting the bolts off.
I couldn't be happier with the work! They got me in and out quickly. Les and workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Myself and my husband will be taking our cars there for everything from now on.”
“During a recent oil-change, tire rotation it was discovered that the spare tire on my 2017 Ford F150 was missing. The cable holding the tire had rotted and at some point the tire and rim were lost.
We had an out of state road trip planned and Frank (GM) scrambled to get the parts from Ford and the tire and rim replaced in less than 24 hrs.

“Traveling from Texas to Fitchburg MA thr engine light came on. I called up Colonial Chevrolet and made an appointment to come in. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs the next day. They also saw that it was time for an oil change and completed it also. I

They explained what I was paying for and what services were included, which I really appreciated. The team was super chill, very nice, and worked quickly—even with four tire replacements and a tire rotation. The work was done efficiently and expertly. “I came here to get an oil leak fixed. I left my vehicle ,and received a call an hour or two later. They told me what was leaking and how they were going to fix it. What i liked was when they ased me if i wanted to fix a few other things. I said yes because the items they suggested would make my van safer to drive. They rotated my tires, completely fixed my oil pan and gasket. They changed the oil and filter, they fixed a manifold leak and did the state vehicle inspection. The total price for all was fair and not inflated at all. I am happy with the sevice i received.”

“Firestone Leominster is the best location of any I've been to. Another Firestone (Manchester) turned my wife's car away, saying that they could not rotate my tires because they had stripped the lugs trying to get them off, then gave us a substantial estimate to fix.
We took the car to Firestone Leominster. They helped us, explaining that the other location had not used a breaker bar to get the lugs off like they should have, that the other Firestone should have been responsible to replace the stripped lugs, then fixed their mistake at no charge despite not being responsible for the damage themselves. I can't say enough good things about this location, especially Ramon and Kristie. Thank you for taking care of my wife's vehicle.”
