“Honestly I love JCPenny in general. It’s always my top store to go shopping in back home, but I’m used to the Holyoke mall(if you know you know) this JCPenny is very unorganized I feel like and kind of disheveled. I feel kind of suffocated in this atmosphere and I don’t feel like their selection of clothes is 100% amazing. There’s room for growth in that aspect but I have found a few things when visiting so I can’t complain too much it was just hard to find stuff. Workers are extremely nice and good at their jobs and that’s what would keep me coming back. But another problem id also like to add is I never fricken know where to check out! Every time I come it’s different! The suffocating atmosphere and confusion makes me reluctant to come back because shopping is supposed to be relaxing but the customer service is there and everybody’s super nice.”

“One of the best places in the mall! I get a lot of jewelry and clothes from this store, and they're far from low quality. The prices are a but high, but that's just inflation, not their fault. The girls there are so nice, and often offer to help find what we need, and tell us about sales we're eligible for.”

“Great for embroidery. Wanted to change the embroidery on an old jacket (remove the existing and put on a new name). The seamstress came out and examined the garment and explained how she could do it. Was very helpful, good price and did great work.”

“Evans is my go-to professional and personal clothing and shoes nirvana. They have the cutest, coolest, most functional shoe and clothing inventory, and who doesn't love a BOGO 1/2 off 2nd floor, don't miss the 2nd floor. Staff is awesome, ladies night rules, great for gifts and holiday shopping too. If you haven't taken a drive out to Townsend to visit Evans...shame on you ;)”
