“The minute I walked in to CrossFit Nashua and met the staff and other members, I knew this was the perfect match for me. I’m only into my third class and I love it. The coaches have been nothing but amazing. I was a little worried at first since I knew nothing about CrossFit to begin with but this is exactly the opposite of what to expect. The coaches are right there helping you, teaching you exactly what you need to complete a workout and the kindness team motivation is amazing. Talk about a team bond with everyone. “I came in to see if I could use the gym for a day to get some rope climbing in before I went off to OCS for the marines. The staff was super nice and gave me a 7 day pass so I was able to train the week before I left. This was a huge help to prepare me for my military training. The gym has a lot to offer such as flipping tires, rope climbing, monkey bars, sand bags, KBs, you name it they have it. Super cool gym, I highly recommend!!”

“I love the whole concept of SPENGA. It combines my two favorite exercises — spin and yoga — with a less favorite but necessary exercise — strength training — for a fast paced and fun hour. “I have been an Amherst Fit Body Boot Camp member for the past 6 months and I absolutely love it. I am healthier, stronger, and more flexible. In fact, my lower back pain is gone and my Cardiofit numbers indicate an improvement by 3 points.I look forward to the next workout everyday. Workouts are designed for all ages and all fitness levels. Coach David and other coaches are constantly checking forms and providing guidance and support along the way. Actually, it feels like having your own personal trainer. That's fantastic. If you come in with an injury and/or unable to do one or more of the exercises they offer a modified form of those exercises. “I went to my first class in November 2022 at the encouragement of my husband. He'd been trying to get me to go for several years, but I felt too intimidated and insisted CrossFit couldn't possibly be for me. It's unfortunate I thought that, because I was absolutely missing out. The community here is incredibly supportive and friendly. Everyone is working to better themselves and your personal successes are celebrated by everyone. “This is not dance class. No disco lights and crazy dance moves on the bike here. This is real life cycling class. Lisa is an experienced, knowledgeable teacher - not just a DJ to your spin class. (Although she does come up with awesome and varied playlists for all tastes in music.) She will help you to become better and see results.Also offers extremely convenient live zoom classes and “on-demand” previously recorded classes are available. Just click and ride! “The owner of the gym was there on site. ( I admit I forgot his names, I’ve only been once and I’m horrible with names. )That does not happen anymore. He was very welcoming. He signed me up for my first class. I got a quick tour then meet with the coach before class. She ( I think Maureen is her name) gave me a run down. Then class began. Wow. I had an absolute blast. I was soar after but so worth it. The class was so much fun. Then after class the coach went over the numbers and what they mean. You where a heart rate monitor, a lot of science. Then I officially joined. Becoming a member was easy. Downloading the app and getting it to work only took moments. No lag with joining and being able to access everything. I’ve already signed up for next weeks classes. I can’t wait to continue my health and fitness journey with orange theory. Highly recommend this place.”

“I was at SBC for nearly 2 years and the atmosphere and community is hands down the best you can find in Massachusetts, seriously. Seriously debating driving an hour each way every weekend just to get some quality sessions in.New lifter, old head, powerlifter, strongman, bodybuilder, oly, or just general fitness, I swear you’ll have everything you need and supportive folks around if you need people to cheer you on.”

“I've been a member of Title Box in Littleton since they opened 5-6 years ago. This place cannot be beat-- and its not just the incredible full body workouts. The trainers are very, very good-- inspiring, friendly, sooooo knowledgable-- and they've build a great community at this gym that is welcoming, fun, and inclusive. They mix up the warm ups, core work, and different types of classes so workouts are never boring. If you've never been to a boxing gym-- or never boxed-- no problem. (boxing is no-contact, by the way-- you're only hitting a heavy bag). There's tons of equipment you can use on your own to supplement boxing classes, and if you want more, you can sign up for personal training, small group training or one of their contests/challenges during the year. Members-only Facebook page is alot of fun too. I'm in the best shape of my life, thanks to this place.”

“I’ve been doing orange theory for over a month now, and I wish I had started sooner. Previously, I did home workouts to save on costs but lacked the discipline to follow through. All the coaches at OTF are amazing: they are positive, body affirming, and each have their own style and guidance so you can mix up your workouts and not get bored. I walk away from each workout thinking, “that kicked my butt!”- which is exactly how I want to feel. I love OTF for their variation of workouts, coaching styles, and music! Shoutout to Jessie, she’s my favorite coach and I love her energy!The location itself is the best in the area. I love that everything runs like a well-oiled ship, and it doesn’t feel chaotic like other studios I’ve been to. The best in the area! “I always look forward to my workouts at the Chelmsford Jazzercise center! The routines and music are changed up regularly, so it doesn't get boring. The teachers are trained well and have an understanding of physiology, so they are able to demonstrate safe techniques to avoid injuries. All of the members have fun together and it is a very welcoming community. Lots of choices for class types and times. I was away for a while during Covid and missed it very much. I go regularly again now, and it has brought a lot of joy back into my life. Try it...you'll like it!”

“I was looking for a 24 hour Planet Fitness because I was going to the one in Billerica and it’s not 24 hours anymore. I came across with this PF in Nashua and loved it! I was also looking for a personal trainer and Started training with Vinny in September 2023. Since a started with him I’ve lost weight and he’s been helping achieve my weight goal little by little. He makes every workout count and always make it worth the time. I train 1 hour 3 days a week and it’s been a roller coaster ride but for the best. I recommend him to anybody who need to achieve any goal at all.”
