“Great cheese store off the beaten trail. Weekly deliveries from an Italian farm, cheese and certain meats, as well as from local farms. Great wines. Most knowledgeable owner. Our cheeses were gone by the end of dinner. By the way I grew up in France and know my cheeses. So do try it if you are in the neighborhood.”

“Local liquor store with a decent variety of local beers. The tall boys are a little overpriced but that just may be the area. Anyway it's a good little liquor store that has a variety of alcoholic beverages. Surely something here for everyone no matter what their preference.”

“Good looking place that's open pretty late, was able to pop in after work on a Saturday. Good selection on a variety of liquor and beer. As far as tequila goes they had casamigos, petron, and espolon. Unfortunately they didn't have Teremana but hey not bad. Was able to score a vanilla porter and a different type of porter that had cinnamon in it so pretty excited to try those. Was looking at the banana cream pie moonshine and the price for that and other things seemed a bit higher than places near my house so just something to keep in mind.”
“I brought my kids in for ice cream and had the best experience! Both the owner and worker behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer, and they were so patient and welcoming. The ice cream was delicious - a good selection of Richardson's flavors. It’s great to have ice cream available right in town, and we’ll definitely be back often!”

“An absolutely massive array of wines, liquors, mixers, beers, etc. Thousands of bottles of wine, organized by country and variety, a wall of rosés. This is the only place I’ve found in MA so far that carries Portuguese Encruzado, which is why I visited. Overall, a phenomenal inventory. Only downside is that the prices, while not very high, aren’t a great deal or anything. You can find the same bottles at other places for cheaper. However, good luck finding half of those bottles anywhere other than here.”
“Stopped here on my way into town for a work trip, not too long before their closing time. I was still met by a super friendly staff member who gave me some great local restaurant recommendations in addition to some pretty fair prices on bourbon/whiskey offerings. The shelves looked pretty well picked over, and I'm hoping it was because locals support this place. If I were a local, this would be a go-to for me.”
“This place isn't the biggest but they have a good selection of alcohol and other package store items. The prices seem to be about average with the surrounding stores. They have a good sized walk in cooler thats always well stocked. Definitely recommend them.”

“Oh, dear, my cheese palate has been gentrified. We were offered tastes of whatever we wanted to try and omg what a game changer. Cabot is no bargain after I've had cheese so superior. Will have to put myself on a cheese budget. But it is easier to have less when the taste is so unforgettable. Great service. Just hope they get the sandwiches that they already sell in Marlborough. I live in Hopkinton and we could use some great sandwiches. My very own Italian sub is super-good (learned from a deli in Westport, CT, in the '70s. No longer there of course. Like McDonald's Subway has co-opted the best about our 20th century foods and turned it into some of the worst. It's great that there are no fast-food options here. If you have a few minutes and want to have some fun, go to Vin Bin.”
“Country Liquors is hands down one of my go-to spots when it comes to picking up drinks. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection. Whether you’re looking for craft beers, wines, or hard-to-find spirits, they usually have it — and if they don’t, the staff is super friendly and will either help you find something similar or see if they can order it in.
I really appreciate how the employees take the time to chat with you about what you’re looking for and offer recommendations. I’ve found a few new favorites thanks to their suggestions. Prices are fair, and they often have solid deals and specials going on too.
It’s a locally owned shop, and you can tell they care about their customers. It always feels good to support a small business like this that actually puts in the effort to make their store welcoming and well-stocked. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!”
