“After three months of living In a home (and sometimes in a hotel) that needed major cleaning and repairs due to two owners claims, I finally received a check for the damages. I had been told to prepare for a very long wait to get the check accepted since there were three different payees listed on the check. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Milford , MA branch of Unibank. The Managers pulled off the unexpected. I was out of the bank in less than 30 minutes for which I am ever so grateful. They were friendly and helpful as well, and I felt that I was in good hands. Thank you for such a positive experience!”

“I'm a former customer, who switched to another bank with branch offices and ATM's closer to my home. While trying to enroll in Zelle at my current bank, I was informed my email and phone number were already tied to Zelle with other banks. In order to enroll, I had to remove my email or phone from a bank where I have used Zelle. As a former customer, I could not access my info on their web site. I called Dean and spoke to Josh at the Blackstone office. He consulted with another department, and in less than 10 minutes Josh deactivated my phone number from Dean's records. I can now enroll with Zelle at my current bank. Josh was friendly, understanding, and very professional and it made my day to have this resolved so quickly without a trip to the bank. If my current bank does not work out, I'll return to Dean. Perhaps if they add more ATM locations or branch offices in the Millville/Uxbridge/Whitinsville areas, I'd be inclined to return. I had heard about Dean's great customer service, and I now understand why. Thank you, Josh, for your assistance.”

“I have been a member of Hanscom Federal Credit Union for almost 20 years and anytime I have had to deposit a large check or do any kind of traditional banking I would take a drive to once of their branches, none of which are closer than 30-40 minutes from Milford. I recently discovered Homefield Credit Union and became aware that I could do many of these transactions in their branch via “Shared Branching/Banking”. What a time saver this has been for me. The folks at Homefield have been beyond helpful and welcoming. The process is easy and straightforward and not much different than doing a regular teller type bank transaction. If you live, work, or attend any elementary school, secondary school, or school of higher education in Worcester County or Middlesex County in Massachusetts (including the family members of such persons), you should give Homefield a look. I’m a big proponent of credit unions over big banks. Since my kids are in the local schools I plan on looking into their products and services next time the need arises.”
