“Great place to get money from an ATM at 2 in the morning. Can't help but hope I don't get mugged, though, because their ATM is right near the corner of the building, and some nights the entire alleyway isn't lit, so it just gives off dangerous vibes. Good food tho.”
“About a year ago, we worked hard with Rosa Nguyen (who came highly recommended) on a house that was under construction. Rosa went above and beyond to keep us updated with the changes in rates and helped us navigate the complicated world of mortgages as first time home buyers. She was at our nerve racking closing and was advising us till the second we signed the dotted line. “I've always had good service at this location! Roza and Savanna were very helpful and always followed up with answers to all my questions. My only complaint is the location is not very handicap accessible. Handicap parking is in the parking lot on the second level but there is no elevator to get you to ground level where banking takes place.”

“Sunday night I went to the drive up atm to deposit a large amount of cash. Of course I shoved too many bills in. It kept my money. And did not verify the deposit. I panicked. The banks are closed on sundays. I went in early Monday morning. Freaking out a bit. I learned the drive up atm is handled by an outside company. More panic set in. I needed to deposit that money immediately. They don’t come out until Tuesday for that atm. But. Within an hour. The company had come out. I got a call from citizens. They deposited my money. And I didn’t have to leave my house again. Couldn’t be happier.”

“I stopped in to open a second account and was pleasantly surprised at their kindness, patience, and efficiency of service. Geisha was great and took the time to not only help me open a new account but also explained options that I hadn't considered. She and the branch manager, Kathleen, also found some fraudulent charges on my old account and took care of contacting the fraud department right then and there. Even the teller who I made my deposit with was very nice. My wife and I have had this bank for a while but for being a “branch veteran”, they treated me like a brand new celebrity customer. I really appreciated it.”
