The app is quite outdated so looking forward to an improvement so I don’t have to call as frequently for these reports. Overall, you aren’t supposed to be best friends with the company you take a loan through but MCU has been manageable and easy enough to contact”
“About a year ago, we worked hard with Rosa Nguyen (who came highly recommended) on a house that was under construction. Rosa went above and beyond to keep us updated with the changes in rates and helped us navigate the complicated world of mortgages as first time home buyers. She was at our nerve racking closing and was advising us till the second we signed the dotted line. Her experience in the field as a previous realtor helped us a lot and she wasn't afraid to give us the best advice. “For a small business owner, time is valuable....Opening a business checking account at Santander in Auburn Mass took almost 2 hours, the nice man there kept staring at a computer screen and typing for long periods of time.... Meeting with an account Manager at Bank of America in Auburn to fix log in issues with their app to more than an hour, the man was very nice, but took a long time... Opening a business account at MFCU with Ashley D was simple and easy. She had all the important documents prepared ahead of time. She was nice, but also knows what she is doing. This is why MFCU is the best.”

My only complaint is the location is not very handicap accessible. Handicap parking is in the parking lot on the second level but there is no elevator to get you to ground level where banking takes place.”
