“What a fantastic experience! We were able to catch an earlier ferry than we anticipated so we arrived at VH at 8am. Rental was booked for 9am, we were allowed to pick up the car right at 8am which was so nice! We also got upgraded to a 2024 Ford Mustang for free! This was our first trip to MV and driving a sport car convertible made our trip memorable forever, we couldn't have been happier with this nice accommodation from Hertz. Great service, able to drop off after hours for no additional charge. Definitely rent from here as it is the best price on the whole island for a rental car. Travel tip, if you have AAA book through their website as we got a big discount and young driver fee waiver. We will definitely come back here for our next trip to Martha's Vineyard!”
“The vehicles were in great condition, but I'm giving this place five stars because of the exceptional service we received from Henry! It turned out that my flight was running late, and Henry worked with me to get my mom on the lease so that she could pick up the car before closing. A month later when I checked the charge against my original reservation, I realized that I hadn't received the corporate rate that I expected, and Henry communicated immediately that he would research the cause, found the issue, and provided a refund all within a very short time frame. He has been incredibly professional and helped me have a worry-free holiday. Absolutely brilliant, thank you so much Henry!”
