Surprisingly had an issue with my car from previous work with other vendors but he found the issue and made the proper repair for me so my windshields would set perfectly and permanently. “I was there to replace my windshield. Before going, I was quite nervous because my car had the HUD, and I saw from the internet that your HUD may become blurry due to different type of glass. However, my experience here was excellent. HUD looks the same as before, and they perfectly transfered every stickers to the new windshield. Very nice service!”
“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. “The local guys at the Arlington shop couldn't have been better. When I dropped my car off, they were clear about how much time they needed. They also gave me a card with their LOCAL number in case I needed to check on anything. The guy warned me that Safelite does not publish local numbers so I should not lose it. This came in very helpful later when I had something come up and needed to delay my pick up. One other thing. Safelite administers windshield replacement for my insurance company. My vehicle has an upgraded Gorilla Glass windshield. I had read on forums hassles people had had getting their GG windshield replaced with a like piece of glass. It was no trouble for me. They installed a new OEM GG windshield for me without me having to push at all. All around, a smooth and hassle free experience.”
