“Very happy! Titan of Woburn MA did a GREAT job with windshield replacement on 2023 Sonata. From the jump, Karla was great with handling insurance, scheduling and questions.
As for the install, they pay attention to the details- exterior trim, camera/safety system calibration, clean up was all perfect. Nice guys too.

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”

“Had a BB size hole in my passenger side window that immediately started to spread . I called on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday morning it was replaced. When I called I reiterated 2x these windows are professionally tinted. Then she was asking about 3 PLY glass or 2 point? so I went and looked at the car door and glass. OK done, schedule for a Wednesday morning. They finished fast and did a great job. I don't know if they don't handle tinting but when I picked it up the gentleman immediately looked stumped and I knew he had no idea and probably wasn't on the paperwork so the customer service girl may have forgot to put it down or at least tell me that they don't do tinting. She just made it sound like no problem. I am not even paying for it so it's not a money issue. If you go back to the tape it'll tell you everything I just said.
I'd rather just someone be honest
So now I have to call the insurance, get a rider and go somewhere else to get them tinted. Not a big deal. Riding around the car with tint on your driver's window but not your passenger side is kinda weird. I'm not trying to be a complainer, they honestly did a nice job but I was a little disappointed because I wouldn't have been mad I would have made accommodations.”
