Given I don’t have a car and live almost a mile from the nearest laundromat, Washvault is a godsend for me. Texting with Joanna to arrange pickup and delivery was very easy. My new go-to laundromat!”
“First time trying a laundromat for a large comforter and some other stuff that couldn’t fit in the washer at my apartment. I decided to go to this place after seeing all the good reviews. Everything was so clean. The washer rinsed thoroughly and I only needed dryer for about 20mins (on low heat!). Ample parking spaces on a Saturday night. The lady worked there was so kind and professional. I accidentally broke the washer handle and authorized my card for replacement charge on that day. To make me feel better, the lady offered me to use dryers for free. And what’s even better is that the owner reached out to me and told me they tried to fix the handle without ordering a new one, and they would like to refund me the charge. I really appreciate their kindness and no wonder this place got so many good reviews. Will be my go-to laundromat in the future and the best laundromat you can find in Medford area!”
