Very efficient service! I came in to drop off an amazon package I was returning, and I didn't realize how quick it was! I had a code on my phone and just came in with the package, they scanned the code on my phone, gave me a receipt, and even a coupon for discounted services! I had multiple errands to run that day, so thank you to Mary for making my experience positive and quick!

Great customer service! The employees were extremely friendly and made the experience for me and my youngsters very memorable! Makayla offered both of my children lollipops and interacted with them in such a friendly manner! I just came in to return an amazon package but instead got amazing service and was greeted with genuine smiles.

Mikayla and her team are amazing! I had a few packages and my 2 kids with me and she kept them entertained while I did some buisness!! Highly recommend coming to this location you won’t regret it

This location is by far the best ups store I have ever been too. Mary and Mikayla are always so helpful and knowledgeable and get everything I need done when it comes to exceptional packing on all of my fragile items. Jimmy is always so nice every time I go in as well and does a great job moving people at the front. I am a mailbox customer as well and when I go in the afternoon Amy, Nate, and Ben always meet me with big smiles and warm greetings. Great staff and great store. Go visit them!!!

I came to print some files I had on my phone. The kids who worked there printed them for me, except for one they said they couldn't open. It was the exact same file as the others they printed. Since it was the most necessary, I spent over half an hour trying to figure out what to do, without receiving any help. I asked to try again, but they told me it wouldn't work. So I sent the same file to my wife, who was near another UPS. They printed the file without any problem. They didn't even try to help me. If you can avoid this location, avoid it.

The UPS Store in Wakefield is awesome! The employees are friendly and assisted me quickly. I visited to ship a package and print out something, and it was very simple. The store was neat and tidy, and I did not need to wait for long. I would return again.

Quick delivery but a bit overpriced for what was delivered- unnecessary packaging with an oversized box makes this seem like an unnecessary upsell.

What a wonderful representative of UPS! The store is on Lincoln St. In Wakefield Ma. The people are patient, kind and so very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. They are never in a lousy mood! They treat you like friends and co-workers. Every time I ship something from them I always thank them for being there. They truly are a gem. .
