Usually a nice place to do business but today MaKayla S was rude, inappropriate and confrontational. Not only was she rude to me but was unprofessional and condescending to the nice gentleman she was working with. She created unnecessary tension.

I had an excellent customer service experience here this afternoon. Eli and Joe went above and beyond to assist this technologically challenged old lady. They were patient and efficient even though the store was quite busy. Thank you very much!

Courteous, professional, respectful service at the Lincoln St, Wakefield, MA UPS location. EXCELLENT owner and staff.However, I tell EVERYONE not to go to the Salem, MA UPS store. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE owner! VERY rude.

No wheelchair access, 3 steps by the entrance make it difficult to carry in heavy and voluminous packages.Very helpful and polite attendant, though.

Wow what a bad experience. I came in to get a form notarized. On the top sheet I had Electronically put my name next to the signature line and then planned to sign my name next to it with a pen during the notarization process. Little did I know this apparently would be a big deal to the staff at this location to where not 1 but 2 front staff as well as the supervisor from the back of the store would go on to belittle me for my minor and fixable mistake. They did this in front of a whole line of customers too. I understand places have their own policies, but to not even calmly explain to me why they wouldn’t allow me to sign next to my name and go straight to raising voices and making demeaning comments as I walk out the door is the DEFINITION of HORRIBLE customer service.

I had a grandfather's clock sent from the UPS store in Wakefield, Mass, Lincoln street. They picked up the clock and packaged it very professionally. So great that there are still places that care and take pride in their work. Thankyou everyone at the store! Awesome Job!!!

Called ahead to confirm notary services were available. Associate confirmed and the team processed my notarization quickly and politely when I arrived; parked right at the entrance. I asked if I could send my paperwork through their shipping and they efficiently completed the request. The team is kind, location is neat, and process was easy. Would recommend to others and commend the customer service.

This whole process has been a nightmare. The first person I spoke with, when I called on the weekend, gave me the wrong information on everything. I did email the owner "AJ", who gave me a price quote and then said he would ship it within 3-4 business days of picking it up. So I confirmed that it would be sent no later than 5/11 since that was 4 business days. AJ proceed to tell me that "Generally, we are more held to the safety of the item than the ship date" which I find funny since he or his employees wrapped the glass to tightly and broke the glass on my antique clock. I email them since they have a guarantee and they didn't get back to me for 3 days. I then get told I had to fill out the form and get all kinds of pictures. I informed them that the wrong amount was pre-filled in for the shipment amount and was told they couldn't do anything except send me the difference after the claim was paid. Sent them the approved claim and was told by the owner "I am away from my store at the moment but when I return, I will send you a check for the difference. Thank you for your patience." on May 16th. Had not received the check so I emailed them again today (5/24) asking if they sent the check. I then get a call from "Mary", I emailed again and said I did not want to talk verbally and if they could just answer my question. I then get another email from the owner, saying "Please call the store". REALLY? What part do you not understand about my last statement? Sent them another email, saying the same thing as I did not want to talk verbally. If I don't receive the money by Friday, I will just charge it back on my credit card and get the money anyways. I recommend you do not use them even though Kaminiski Auctions recommends them.

Today 5/3/23 around noon I had such a wonderful experience with the young woman working at this location. She treated every customer in front of me with kindness, and then helped me as I was a mess trying to get my stuff together. I struggle with anxiety and depression and returning packages from online shopping is always a roadblock for me. I definitely will be returning to this location again simply because of the staff. I wish I caught her name (I believe she said she previously came to UPS after working her way up at McDonald's) but I hope she is recognized for how easy she made things for me and the other customers during her shift! Thank you again :)
