My vehicle was damaged by another driver & I needed an auto body shop to service it.
From the start I was greated by McColl & Kevin. They took time to look over the vehicle & explain to me what they would need to do & approximately how long it would take. They are a busy shop,but found time to service my vehicle within a week.
I was going through the other person's insurance for payment & Nesco made it very easy for them to deal with directly.
The job done on my vehicle was great & it's like it never happened.

“Scott was awesome! He was incredibly polite, cheerful, and helpful on the phone. When I got there, he graciously showed me around the office space/show floor. There was a roku TV, free snacks, drinks, hot chocolate and coffee, table and chairs, single putt golf set, and a cornhole board, among other things. It's the first auto body shop where I could see they cared about us customers who have to sit and wait, bored as hell for hours? At one point, I heard one of the guys in the shop whistling! They were done in the time frame estimated, which is always appreciated, and my appt was next day when I called. They got me right in within 5 minutes of arriving. The gentleman at the cash register was just as happy and helpful! Thank you to Scott and the whole team!”
“I would highly recommend John & Matt and the team at AutoMedics. The dealership my mother brought her car to said she needed to have the turbo replaced and it was going to cost $4000+. We decided to take the car to John & Matt for a second opinion. So glad we did! They looked at her car and figured out it was only a valve that connected to the turbo that needed to be replaced. This saved my mother over $3500. They were recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier! Thank you again guys!”

They were able to take the car almost immediately, answered all of our questions, and the cost was extremely reasonable. At pick up, they took the time to explain another problem they found. They again took the time to thoroughly explain that problem to us and what we should do next about it. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“I literally can’t explain enough how much this place has helped me and my partner this last year, first he helps me get my 2005 CRV running after I haven’t driven it for half a year, then he helps us with our 2001 Silverado, dropped it off the same day we spoke over the phone, had the truck pass its inspection with flying colors the same week. Most recently we had a 2020 Outback conk out at a light, the battery just completely shut down. I gave them a call and they were able to have it towed there same day, he even helped me with the tow truck who was jerking my car to get it off the back and he shut that down real quick. I picked my car up that night, no more issues with the battery. Every time we go he also explains everything he’s doing and why, and even lets us know where he sources materials if we were to ask. We’ve even gotten U-Hauls from them and haven’t had a single issue in that case either. All around 10/10, I could not recommend him enough ?”

“I spoke to Rob after calling many other places regarding my transmission slipping. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen and was completely honest with me. I brought my Subaru in knowing that the damage was already done to my CVT but he was willing to look at it, fill the CVT oil and fix the leak. Very reasonably priced and completely honest with the situation. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles to him in the future!”
“I picked up a new to me 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0L PSD over the summer, and once the cold weather came it was apparent that there was an issue since we had no heat in the cab. John and Dan quickly diagnosed the issue and offered great suggestions on other items to check/replace while the body was off the frame for repairs. Given my budget and the extensive repair needed to restore the heat, I was unable to go with all their suggestions at the time. Needless to say I am headed back there for more repairs that they strongly suggested I make, but finances wouldn’t allow. And don’t get me wrong, these guys prices are extremely fair, I would say if you are in the need of diesel repairs in the Palmer area, this should be your go-to repair shop!”

“I am from out of town and had a tire pressure light come on in my car. I tried using an air machine at a nearby gas station but it was not operating properly. I randomly pulled into this garage and these fellas not only checked the tire in question but all my tires then reset the computer in the car. I can not thank them enough as they went above and beyond to ensure my 3 hour trip home was a safe one.”

“Really happy with the work . My car had a leak mostly in the truck. They fixed it replaced window rubber around windshield and sealed all the leaks and replaced rear view mirror and air filter and and really fine detailing in side toget rid of the smell. I highly recommend them.”
