“My husband, my daughter, and myself were coming home from a trip to Boston/Salem and our car overheated multiple times. We were trying to get back home to NJ. The closest place we could get to was Chappell Tire Service. They were booked solid for the day. Despite this, the mechanic took time to look at our vehicle and helped us. They even let us all use their bathroom. If he hadn't looked at our vehicle and fixed it, we would have probably been stuck/or it would have taken much longer to get home. We are very thankful. He did a great job and we were able to get home because of it. I would recommend this business to anyone. Great service, exceptional work!”
“I was coming back from Sturbridge and the front of car was shaking. We just had new brakes done all the way around. But my surprise the place didn't do both calipers. “New to the area. Based on great reviews, I decided to give Steer-Rite a try. I was immensely impressed at the shop. Clean, neat, prompt service by Ron and a good assortment of tires. Ron was great as an advisor and a service man with a smile!. The job was completed in the timeframe quoted and he even gave my truck a test drive to see if everything was OK unlike others who hand you the keys and walk away. “I am from out of town and had a tire pressure light come on in my car. I tried using an air machine at a nearby gas station but it was not operating properly. I randomly pulled into this garage and these fellas not only checked the tire in question but all my tires then reset the computer in the car. “I spoke to Rob after calling many other places regarding my transmission slipping. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen and was completely honest with me. I brought my Subaru in knowing that the damage was already done to my CVT but he was willing to look at it, fill the CVT oil and fix the leak. Very reasonably priced and completely honest with the situation. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles to him in the future!”

“I have never had anything of mine worked on at any garage. You see, I have been a mechanic my whole life and owned my own shop. Now at 72 years old with back, hip, knee, and arthritic hands. I can't do it anymore. Especially under the dash. So off to the Dunkin doughnut, where all the knowledge is in town, to see who is the best in town is to fix my PU truck.It was hand down Monson road garage. Best I can say is they are honest, no hidden expenses and estimate was correct. The work was neat, and my interior was clean and back in good working order.As a professional myself, it was nice to see the care they took in doing my job. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.”
