It bame apparent quickly there were multiple hurdles to overcome, Lori was very patient and professional, and certainly knows what she is doing. “A well run community bank. I have been a customer for many years and have a few CD accounts and savings accounts for my children. Walpole Coop always pay competitive rates on CDs and the staff is very help with CD renewals and any other questions. They take care of their account holders. Walpole Coop is also a member of DIF and FDIC account insurance, which is 2 levels of account insurance many banks don't have.”

Went in to go close a loan, she noticed a few things that were missing or needed and proceeded to get on the phone and make calls to get me what I needed right then and there. “I have had my account with this bank for 25 years along with the mergers. I have my personal and business accounts with TD Bank. I have used TD Bank in Maine, New Hampshire and now Massachusetts.The Walpole Branch has always exhibited excellent customer service whenever I come to this branch. Everyone has been professional and helpful. “I like this bank in general, after getting robbed by a bigger bank with the whole debit card overdraft scam, I was glad to go to an honest bank that did not search for loopholes and I haven't had any issues keeping my account balanced and no overdrafts...hooray! My only complaint is, they did not give me the best interest rate when I applied for a car loan, their competitor gave me a better one, so I am paying low interest to that competitor. I also tried to used them for a debt consolidation loan but again, rates too high and I borrowed elsewhere. Still, they're convenient to my home, they're friendly when I go in, and they collect toy donations at the holidays, which makes it easier to drop off!”

“Years and years ago, I was a part of Sovereign Bank. And you know what, there were no issues with it. But then I came to the consensus when my life started getting increasingly busy and the time I had to go to the bank was minimal. Sure, there was (and still is) a Sovereign/Santander in my own town rather than driving out of town, however banking at my normal supermarket was much more ideal. This Citizens Bank location sits inside the Walpole Super Stop&Shop along Route 1A in Walpole. There is a Citizens Bank in almost every single Stop&Shop, which also contributed to my decision of switching to Citizens (as my favorite supermarket, that I shop the most frequently is Stop&Shop). It's open much later than most other bank chains in the area. Monday through Friday they are open 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. The regular team of guys who work here are always happy, energetic and always joking around. Huge bin of lollipops, barely ever a line, and great policies and benefits (especially in comparison to Sovereign / Santander!) 5 stars for this Citizens Bank!”
