“I've been banking with Members Plus for more than 20 years. My accounts date back to when they were Boston Edison Employees Credit union. The Norwood location has been amazing. It's great to have a branch that's not in the city, so they get an A for convenience.I recently took out a home equity line of credit and the folks at MPCU couldn't have been more helpful. All my questions were addressed with easy to understand answers.Andrew Minton, the manager of the Norwood branch has made himself available for me whenever I call. Never has he told me "you need to contact so and so..."; if a question needs to be answered by another department, Andrew takes it on himself to get the answer, rather than push me to that other department. It demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction that's been lacking in retail banking for a long time.I couldn't be happier with the process and the result of the time we spent on this loan project, and I can't recommend MPCU highly enough.”

She was very calming and professional as I was upset that my Card had been cancelled (only due to lack of activity) on my end . Randa was very professional in explaining everything to me and re-instated my account with a new card being issued. For 5yrs n overdraft on occasion n they always taken if off for me so great job..well a few weeks ago it happened again n they helped me as usual..then my dog died...n my memory just out the window totally screwed up my acct. So I went down n talked to the manager (the tellers were so nice) and the manager listened to my situation Michael R. he said lets take a look...n to my surprise he straightened my acct. out ..would have costed me way more than i could afford..and messed up my bills next month..TY!! I'll never leave this bank they helped above and beyond! Had compassion for me n thats something rare..”
