“I was desperate to talk to a human who worked at ATT about non-urgent damage on my iPhone's lens, but kept getting redirected to ATT's self-service model in my multiple attempts on their site and phone system. As a last attempt, I called this branch and Colby (store manager) answered. Although I know it's not his role, he patiently explained my options for addressing this issue in layperson's terms I could understand. He even walked through specifically what section of my bill I needed to look at to determine my coverage benefits, and then from there gave me clear next steps of what number to call, what to say, how much I could expect to pay, and how long it generally takes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. When I got off the call, I felt I had been helped with all my questions and it reminded me of the olden days when customer service was a service hallmark of many retailers. Because of this, I will continue shopping at this ATT Dedham branch. My experience over the phone was A+.”
