“I came to this location because it's convenient to my home. I was greeted by Nicholas and Jonathan who said they were happy to help take a look at my new leaky tires, but they wanted to make sure I didn't want to try taking them back to Walmart where I bought them a month ago. They reminded me the tires probably are under warranty and I could save a bunch of money! So impressed that they were looking out for my wellbeing in this tough economy! They figured out what was wrong and took care of things, and even noticed my brakes were really in poor shape. I'm grateful for the friendly and kind service I got today. “I originally went to Pep Boys for a simple headlight bulb replacement, but my experience was disappointing. The employee at the front desk told me it would take a few days without offering much explanation or showing any urgency. Shortly afterward, I saw him outside in the parking lot talking to someone in a car, which didn’t leave a great impression.
I decided to leave and went to Mavis Tire in Dedham on Providence Highway instead, and the difference was night and day. Jaleel was professional, prompt, and extremely courteous from start to finish. He listened to what I needed, helped me quickly, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
If you’re looking for a shop that values your time and treats customers with professionalism and respect, I highly recommend Mavis in Dedham and especially Jaleel. Great experience.”

“Come here all the time for full service gas (originally a Jersey girl) and whenever I have a nail in my tire. They also have free air (although the machine was broken last time i needed it). The employees are honest and able to do the work right then and there. $20 to fix a tire with a nail in it in less than 10 minutes. It’s so nice to have a place like this in the community!”

“I went to 3 shops until I found Sullivan tire in Canton,I walked in frustrated w trying to get some over size rims and tires mounted and balanced and immediately Devin who I believe is the store manager was extremely calming and super helpful, after carefully inspecting the rims and tires where he found damage from a previous shop, made his recommendations and took on the job, I came back on a Saturday and the crew that was working was outstanding.

We called and they got us in within 45 mins, found a massive nail in the tire, fixed and on our way in under a half hour for $34. Saved the day. Super grateful. You guys are awesome!! A++”
