“I was in to have one of my tires swapped out due to a puncture. While the car was in the mechanic checked the front suspension and noticed serious issues with the ball joint and tie rod links. Although they don’t do suspensions work they recommended replacing as soon as possible. My mechanic agreed and said they saved me some serious potential damage. I was greeted by Nicholas and Jonathan who said they were happy to help take a look at my new leaky tires, but they wanted to make sure I didn't want to try taking them back to Walmart where I bought them a month ago. They reminded me the tires probably are under warranty and I could save a bunch of money! So impressed that they were looking out for my wellbeing in this tough economy! They figured out what was wrong and took care of things, and even noticed my brakes were really in poor shape. I'm grateful for the friendly and kind service I got today. B & D took the job on and Steve did an excellent job of removing the locks with no damage to my wheels. Steve takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. “I originally went to Pep Boys for a simple headlight bulb replacement, but my experience was disappointing. The employee at the front desk told me it would take a few days without offering much explanation or showing any urgency. Shortly afterward, I saw him outside in the parking lot talking to someone in a car, which didn’t leave a great impression.
I decided to leave and went to Mavis Tire in Dedham on Providence Highway instead, and the difference was night and day. Jaleel was professional, prompt, and extremely courteous from start to finish. He listened to what I needed, helped me quickly, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
If you’re looking for a shop that values your time and treats customers with professionalism and respect, I highly recommend Mavis in Dedham and especially Jaleel. Great experience.”

“Definitely recommend coming here for auto shop repair and fixes. The people at the front were extremely kind and honest about everything that needed to be done. I had come in from getting a high estimate from a Honda dealership (which was ridiculous for brake caliber and parking brake cable replacements), and they did it for very cheap which was a excellent for everything that needed to be done. They were very clear about how long it would take and tried to get me in and out as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend coming here!”

“Come here all the time for full service gas (originally a Jersey girl) and whenever I have a nail in my tire. They also have free air (although the machine was broken last time i needed it). The employees are honest and able to do the work right then and there. $20 to fix a tire with a nail in it in less than 10 minutes. It’s so nice to have a place like this in the community!”
“I got a flat tire in the evening, there was a piece of metal sticking out and the air was going out very fast. I first called the official dealer, but they couldn’t even tell me if they had my tires in stock and just said they would call me back. I was very nervous, I had my 2-year-old daughter in the car, my husband was on a business trip, and honestly I don’t understand anything about tires.
Then I called the nearest Sullivan Tire, and a very kind woman answered the phone. She understood that I was stressed, spoke to me very calmly, listened to the whole story, helped me find where to look for my tire size, and really encouraged and reassured me. She found the right tires for me for the next day, even though other places didn’t have them.
I had to use tire sealant and pump the tire to be able to drive to their shop, but once I got there, they changed my tires in about an hour. The price was lower than at the official dealer, and the service and speed were much better. I am very grateful and I highly recommend this place.”
