Making an appointment is so tedious! No one picks up phone call and the website always showing no appointments! Was on hold for more than 30 minutes!!! I have to be on my phone every day to check your website to pick a time that I am not working. Not helpful at all! The only reason I am keeping the AAA membership is the roadside assistance. Other than that, the rest of services are hopeless coz you can't get hold anyone!

The information AAA provides over the phone is not the one you will get from the office. When you think that AAA as AAA, the decision made in the office is depending on who you talk to. Just don't trust them anymore.

Super fast and helpful when my husband and I needed international driving permits for a trip. We went at noon on a Saturday and there was no line. We were also able to get free passport photos for the permits since we are AAA members. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful
