“Not that Jimmy needs any more business. He’s so busy I had to wait weeks to get my car in for body work. I’m compelled to leave this 5-star review nonetheless.
My car was a tough case. A 26ft Enterprise rental truck hit the rear passenger quarter panel of my car then sped off, witnesses say, leaving a very difficult deep dent to fix. Unfortunately, witnesses were unable to get a license plate number.
Hit-and-run is a felony, not to mention a seriously dickish move. Unheard of 20 years ago and today Increasingly common. Surprising since now there are cameras everywhere capturing everything. Again, unfortunately, none covering the area where my car was hit.
Anyway, Jimmy and his crew got it looking as good as new on time and exactly on the estimate. If you need body work on your car, don’t even think about going anywhere else.”

Highly skilled, friendly and accommodating, with zero hassle. I moved from Waltham to New York city several years ago, and when I needed body work done last month, I came up to Waltham, where Fabio did an excellent job, above and beyond- and Enterprise car rental is right down the street. I can't say enough nice things about this place. They made my old Subaru look new again.”

“We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”
