“I came in with a hit and run, and damage to my front driver side and Not only was the owner so great to me, they took my car with no hesitation. What I didn’t expect was my car to be detailed, and not only that they buffed out every scuff I had in my car. As a single mom this made my day and other tasks in my life a lot easier. I can’t explain how much I appreciate them!!! They don’t disappoint that’s for sure.”

“This is hands down the best auto parts store in the area! Hratch is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you have everything you need. I came in after a bolt snapped in my engine block, and Hratch walked me through exactly what I needed—from replacement bolts and screw extractors to the correct drill bits. He even gave me step-by-step instructions on how to tackle the repair myself, which was incredibly helpful. When I came back to exchange the extractor for a smaller size, he made the entire process quick and easy. Customer service like this is hard to find. Hratch definitely deserves a raise! I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any parts I need in the future. 5 stars!”

“This is by far the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with respect and honesty. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and gave me a fair price. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my car runs perfectly now. It’s very hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but this place proved they care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.”

Special shoutout to Carlos — absolute GOAT — who kept me updated throughout the process, answered every question, and personally made sure the car was clean and perfect when I picked it up. Carlos stayed on it the entire time and made sure nothing slipped through. Car looks flawless, alerts all cleared, and service was elite. Highly recommend Sako if you want the job done right and people who actually care.”
