“This is hands down the best auto parts store in the area! Hratch is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you have everything you need.
I came in after a bolt snapped in my engine block, and Hratch walked me through exactly what I needed—from replacement bolts and screw extractors to the correct drill bits. He even gave me step-by-step instructions on how to tackle the repair myself, which was incredibly helpful.
When I came back to exchange the extractor for a smaller size, he made the entire process quick and easy. Customer service like this is hard to find. Hratch definitely deserves a raise! I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any parts I need in the future. 5 stars!”

They drove me all the way from Framingham to Boston. Got my dead car dropped in a tight spot in the city.
The driver was so nice, we had some fun conversations while we had to drive together. After he dropped off my car he even took me a couple miles away to my home.
