“I was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician gave me a call saying when he would arrive and he was right on time. He had the correct battery and made the switch very quickly. This service was a real time saver with a reasonable cost.”
“Great experience at this location! Claude was friendly, went above and beyond to help me replace car battery and get back on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!”
“Really great team of experts! I broke my phone. Jay and Fredo made the process seamless. We’re informative and let me know the prices. They fixed the screen in less than two hours! Phone looks brand new.”
“I didn't get her name, but there was a woman working tonight who was amazing. She was done with her shift and saw me struggling in the parking lot and came over and helped me with my car. She was so kind and helpful. There was another gentlemen as well, I'm not sure if he was an employee but he was also incredibly helpful. I am so thankful for them for helping me get on my way after a two hour drive into Boston. This store is lucky to have her working there!”

“Our windshield wiper blew off going down 95, and being from out of town, we found the nearest big-box auto parts store. Turns out, we had a wiper in the trunk, but couldn't figure out how to fit it on the blade. We went inside to ask for advice, and Ryan went above and beyond. He showed us the adapter to use, but went into the rain and popped it on for us. We didn't buy anything, yet both men in the store were incredibly kind and helpful, giving our bad situation a timely fix!”
