Many patients felt genuinely cared for as a person and felt very supported by the team, who are fully committed to helping patients become pregnant. The process involves diagnosis, advice, experience, and a proven track record of success for infertility patients. Patients report successful outcomes, including successful transfers and the birth of children after treatment. The clinical and administrative teams are noted for being helpful and taking care of patients whenever needed. Some communication aspects, however, are noted as difficult. The means of communication only by phone can be frustrating, requiring calls and voicemails with wait times for callbacks. While some patients appreciate the flexibility of phone or Zoom calls, especially for those living far away, others would prefer more in-person contact. It is also recommended that patients personally reach out to their insurance and pharmacy to understand coverage and medication costs. Despite these procedural challenges, patients express being forever grateful for the care received, highly recommend their doctors, and look forward to working with Boston IVF again for future family planning.
