“I have never had an issue with anyone from the bank, but at this location the emloyees are particularly helpful and friendly. I hate dealing with money and finances, but they always make the experience tolerable, if not enjoyable. The bank itself is a big bank, but I really have no problem with it. They offer free student checking which is helpful, free online banking which is great. Their 24/7 over the phone banking has gotten me out of a few tight spots over the past few months, and the operators are super nice and helpful.”
