Not my favorite hilton. Not only did they charge a hold of the entire stay total which was over 500 for 2 nights way overpriced and an additional 75 dollars PER NIGHT just to check into the room. I had a late check in due to business travel and didn't anticipate being charged an additional 150 dollars for 2 nights when i havent even gotten into the room yet. You usually have to pay a hold not both??? Also 15 dollars per night to park in this giant parking lot with Plenty of spaces not even close to the front door. no valet or help from the desk to carry anything. Furniture and door are peeling and cracking in my room and there's zero fan in the bathroom so it gets so hot. Not worth the price and still confused why I was charged a 700 dollar hold just to check in. Ridiculous
Noteworthy details: Unnecessary parking fee when parking's free in most of boston Sundays.

I chose this hotel as the hotels in downtown Boston were all priced above my corporate limit and I only stay at Hilton based properties. The staff was very nice at check in and when I talked to them during the stay.
Sure the hotel is a little dated, but my room was clean with no issues. The breakfast was typical of an Embassy Suites.
If I am in the area again I would stay here. My only complaint would be that they charge for parking and have a lot that I can't imagine would ever get filled up.

This hotel was nice I've heard a lot of good things about the embassy suites in my opinion it was not all it's cracked up to be but we still had a nice stay
Rooms: The rooms are nice they are spacious no complaints
Food and drinks: Food and drink offered on the premises was nice

The price of US$15 per night is a hidden fee. Not located in a city center.

Room 335 has a ghost. Bathroom door was moving by itself all night.
Hotel is good, breakfast was good, ghost was nice.

There is a bar in the middle for bartending, and the accommodation is really comfortable.

A well-appointed all suite hotel with a restaurant and bar that is convenient. The atmosphere is pleasant if a bit dark with low lighting throughout.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

For the price, it's really good. Rooms are showing their age. Front desk couldn't make change. Breakfast Chef was a pro.

We did enjoy our stay however….
The pool was not heated as they said, it was cold and not the cleanest. The breakfast in the morning was not horrible, but I wish that they had offered waffles and pancakes. I had coffee one morning and it was cold. The worst part was housekeeping, my partner and I told them multiple times even the front desk we don’t need housekeeping we’re fine, we ALWAYS had DO NOT disturb on our door, we came back one morning and they were inside our room and they gave us new towels and threw out our cups we were using. We left for the day and came back and they did the same thing once again….. I appreciate the gesture as to what they did, but I don’t appreciate them invading our room and having more than enough opportunity to taking our wallets and/or any of our valuables. Lastly, the locks don’t work on half the doors, the ac doesn’t work. I’ve had it set at 68 all weekend, it’s registering about 72 in here.

Decent rooms and good service, but charging a parking fee and wifi fee in 2024 is terrible. Good breakfast.
