This was by far the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had in my life. I went to go ship three large packages and I needed prepaid return labels made. I was sent to a kiosk to handle it myself which was not user-friendly took many many minutes and had me refill in information more than once. After I got one package done I tried to submit the other one and it told me that I couldn’t use a credit card that it wasn’t accepted for this payment. When I asked the employee for help, he looked at me And said you’ll have to call customer service Service. I said I don’t work here. I’m not gonna call customer service to troubleshoot your computer error message but he couldn’t do anything so I called anyway and got connected with two people from India who I could barely understand. Turns out if you send something as a guest and only allows, you to do one transaction. I had three large packages to ship and none of the employees knew about this or told me about it so everyone just absolutely wasted my time. Now me a disabled person has to take three large packages to UPS and hopefully they can ship them out for me so we don’t miss the deadline. Thank you for wasting two hours of my afternoon and for having absolutely no Resolution to my problem.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the store manager Matt, he went above and beyond to help me track down the delivery driver who didn’t deliver my package. Driver and package was found. I can’t be any happier because this could have been all bad. It was very important for me to get my package back! Thanks again Matt!!

A rude young staff wanted to overcharge me to print a pdf file on the back of the front desk although manager wanted to print it for me for regular price. Very low quality printer and very poor usb ports that can not load your pdf files. I walked out FedEx and went to Staples close to it instead they were friendly with high quality printers.

Matt was rude and disrespectful. Didnt know what ECT stood for and insists that its the max load of a box when it clearly isn't. Couldn't be bothered with him and the customer service at this store. Plus he was the only one there so when another guy came in he had to wait unfortunately.
Went the Burlington location and was in and out in 5 minutes. Go to this location instead yall!

Matt’s a great guy. Staff have attitudes. Exterior door used to have a latch at the bottom to keep it open; now removed. If you have a couple of heavy cartons, the door comes back sufficiently hard to cause back injury. Carts are provided, but try juggling that with the heavy, vengeful door and again, injury scenario. Arrived Saturday 7/27/24 at 4 to ship a carton. It was closed. Hours posted on door indicated open til 6.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been in this store for over an hour and the clerk is so slow. He has only serviced about 3 people and I’m still waiting. There is only one employee here. This is ridiculous! Come on FEDEX you can do better.

The customer experience in this store was totally terrible. I was being helped by employees that did not know how to assist me with creating labels for my shipment. It took me 40 minutes trying to do it on my own on a computer in the store, yet it took the gentleman in another store( Burlington location) 10 minutes and I was out of the store. Either they do not care or they need more training. They should learn from the Burlington location, great service!
