I would like to give a shoutout to store manager Matt. Today I witnessed one of the most unreasonable, obnoxious customers I’ve ever seen. For some reason she needed to pick up a package in her name, but had no official photo ID she could use to pick up the package. FedEx’ policy will not allow her to pick something up without proper photo ID. Matt doesn’t make the rules, and would not defy the rules despite being belittled and insulted for about 15 straight minutes.But in terms of my experience he was very helpful, even advising me to repack my package into a fedex “small box” so I could save money on shipping and have a better chance that my package would arrive in time for Christmas. Thank you for your help!I don’t know how you handle such abuse with such patience! FedEx, if anybody gets Christmas bonuses, please send some to the employees at this location!

Rude staff. We asked how we should ship a fragile product. The cashier told us a box. When we asked if we could use a “Fragile Handle with Care” envelope, he then sarcastically said, “well if you want to send the product damaged.” Thanks for the comment! We won’t be coming back here.

They’re closed without any signage or updates about hours online. Seems like it’s not the first time this store has done this based on other reviews.

Absolutely brutal. I scheduled printing materials for next day availability, jsut some resumes and business cards. When I arrived after the pickup time (a bit after 11am), there was one person running the store who was nice, but clearly being overworked and behind on some jobs. My order had not yet been completed. He apologized and asked me to come back after 2pm, which was very understandable. I received a reminder email around 2pm which stated my order had been completed. When I came back around 3:30pm, the door was locked, lights off, and the "open" sign was still on. Now I'm flying out of town Sunday morning without any of my materials, and I can't get a refund through FedEx's customer support channels. Frankly, I think this guy just quit because he wasn't being treated well. FedEx, if you read this, please develop a way for customers to request refunds on printed materials.

I ended up at Fed Ex after stopping by UPS and USPS and couldn't be helped with my international shipping needs. Christian (Matt) was not only personable, but he went above and beyond to make sure the info he was providing was accurate and the options I was given were the most time and money efficient. I was extremely grateful for his help, especially after having run around town to no avail. THANK YOU, Christian (Matt). If only everyone was as stellar at their jobs and chose to engage in their work with the joy and efficiency as you! Could you please serve as a consultant to the RMV so you can shape them up?

Tried calling to speak with someone to confirm overnight shipping requirements and received no answer despite it being two hours before closing time. Does not lend confidence that they’ll be there for advertised hours. Makes me doubt that services listed are what can be provided there as well.

Worst customer service. Brought in 3 large boxes on a dolly. Went to the counter and the store manager wanted me to do the self checkout. Lifting the package to the fixed barcode scanner wasn't easy. At the end the the printer was broken and I had to go back to the counter. The manager definitely had a chip on his shoulder, a bad attitude and tone. Annoyed, he scanned the packages and gave me the receipt. Sad to see how the manager has zero service skills.

The manager there Matt is friendly, helpful, and even funny! It's the second time he has assisted me and each time, makes it a great experience. Delighted my day with a fun joke and never is above his title as manager. I respect and applaud his hard work. Great self service kiosk too for convenience. Clean store.

Horrible Service. Waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When they did they started asking why I was there and telling me everything I needed to pick up my package while actively walking away from the counter and someone else stepping in and asking the same thing again. They do not care about customer service. They are always upset and treat customers horribly.

Paid thrice to get one document printed all because the printer wasn’t working. It was just a 1$ job so might not go back for refund but terrible service from FedEx.

They do accept credit cards, but they ONLY accept CASH when Qaosim is around. Thanks Q! You're the man! I'll send more cash customers your way!
