Gas rate is low now a day but there is no less in price

I prepay for 20 dollar gas and use restroom, was in hurry up forgot to fill up gas. I came back asking about gas and money. Attendant refused to pay back and doesn’t want gas. Even manager is also same attitude. Wrost people ever I see. Zero customer service.
