“Came here to install a new tire on a rim after getting a flat. Bought the tire myself. The team installed the tire, checked the balance, swapped the wheel and the doughnut, disposed of the old tire - all under 30 mins. Didn’t make an appointment, but did call in advance to check if they have availability. Excellent service, good price, very courteous.”

I came in for my factory scheduled maintenance, a battery replacement, and an inspection sticker. One of the many reasons Sullivan Tire stands out is how your team handled a potential hiccup with the inspection process.
The inspection machine wouldn't pass my car if the battery was replaced before performing the state inspection, as the driving data would be erased during the battery replacement. However, the team at Waltham knew exactly what to do. They took my car to the inspection bay for the inspection after servicing but before the battery replacement. This thoughtful approach ensured everything was done correctly and efficiently.

“Jerry and the team from Costco tire were superb. The tires were delivered early and they were ready for the appointment on time. They estimated it would take an hour and 20 to complete but they actually only took an hour - perfect amount of time for shopping.
I really appreciate Jerry going above and beyond today. He was patient with our family even though we asked many silly questions. I appreciate that he was not condescending or judgmental, but instead he did everything he could to help. I was also missing a tire cap but he gave me one for free. This is the type of service that deserves applause and I hope he is recognized for it!”
“Joey and Gene, great workers, prompt service, honest guys. I had a hell of a time finding tires for my Civic, which I thought would be a breeze. It wasn't! I took my car in for some routine maintenance stuff and saw they have a huge inventory of tires ready to go which can be the difference between driving around like a stud and having your car sit for a couple days. Is that even really a choice? They're doing good stuff over on Lexington Street.
