“Had an appointment for an Oil Change but when I arrived I was told some sort of filter was not in stock and they were waiting for a delivery. What should have taken me way less than an hour ended up being almost 2 hours. On the other hand every employee I interacted with was SUPER polite, professional and friendly!! I just wish - especially since I had an appointment - they would have had everything needed to the oil change. Lastly, the woman's rest room could have been a tad cleaner!!!”
