“Came in for winter tire changeover. Was told at 2pm that they were a man down. I said, no problem, I’ll be here until 5:30.

Got the car at 5:30 and hit the highway and the car starts shimmying right away. I was not happy.

Called the next day. Made a priority appointment. When I showed up for the spot, I was polite but firm. I told one of the guys that I had sat patiently for 3.5 hours waiting for my tires the first time in. No problem. I had the time. Today, I don’t have the time and did not want to wait. I have never left Direct Tire with out-of-balance tires.

So, Fabio, a mechanic that I met looked at the tires and rims. He brought me out to show me the problem. The right side tires were wobbly as he turned them. Huh. I had not seen that before.

So we made a plan. I asked that he rebalance the tires to the best of his ability and put the two best balanced tires up front. He agreed that was the best plan of action.

I was not there long, and when I left, I hopped on the highway, and it was 100% better. Not perfect, but so much better. I know that it will never be perfect. I guess this is what had been done in the past without me knowing.

Once again, great service, people who care, and a super staff keep me coming back. It may be a little more expensive, but it’s always worth it. Every single time.

I appreciate your attention to customer service. It makes all the difference in the world.

“I had an excellent experience at Sullivan Tire in Watertown. I needed four new Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires, and they were able to take care of everything the same day.

At first, the total price seemed a little high, but after experiencing the level and speed of service, I can honestly say it was worth it. They installed all four tires, balanced them, performed the alignment, and had my car completely ready in only about 40–50 minutes. The service was impressively fast, organized, and professional.

One thing I especially appreciated was what happened after the work was completed. They didn’t simply hand me the keys and send me on my way. They took the time to explain the results and the report in detail, including the measurements and information related to my vehicle. This gave me a much better understanding of what had been done and made me feel confident about the service I received.

I’ve had very different experiences with other tire chains, where you often have to wait days or even weeks for an appointment, and sometimes appointments get rescheduled, which can be very frustrating. Sullivan Tire was completely different. They provided genuinely fast and high-quality service without a long wait.

The price may not be the cheapest, but considering the speed, convenience, professionalism, quality of the work, and the detailed explanation afterward, I believe it was absolutely worth it.
