Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The manager was the one who helped me and it is clear that he does not know his own job. I had paid for overnight shipping $150 and it took my package over five days to be received by the recipient. Rightfully so I requested a refund Because I paid for a service that I did not receive. They have not given me the refund and now we’re sending me through corporate a two week process Where I still could be denied. UPS is a failing mail service.

I visited on 4/2 because I needed to empty out my daughter’s storage unit and ship a few things we were keeping back to Miami. The gentleman working there—he might’ve gone by “Mo,” though I’m not certain—was absolutely incredible. His customer service was exceptional. He helped me unpack the suitcases and reassured me not to worry, that he would take care of packing everything himself.
It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced that level of compassion and service—especially at a UPS Store. You could tell he was just a genuinely kind and caring person. The young woman at the front, whose name I didn’t catch, was also warm, helpful, and had a lovely smile. She was about to help me, but he kindly told her, “Don’t worry, I’ll pack it—you can help the next customer.”
Bless them both for turning a stressful situation into a surprisingly wonderful one.

Like so much today, this is not necessarily a poor review of staff who are simply doing as trained, but about general degradation on all fronts and 'race to the bottom'.
$14 shipping plus $3 for an envelope to ship a 1.7oz CD a few states over is pretty bad. Yes, inflation tnx to new trillions of usd per year, but also greed.
Also nice is data mining everything they can about you, incl phone full name, address.
Go to the post office, pay $8 with no bs.

Consistently best service I’ve received from a UPS store! I will continue to prioritize this location, even if another is closer, because of the positive experiences I had thanks to their staff.

I just went in there and experienced a manager sticking up for the young lady behind the counter who was being unjustly scolded by a rude woman and I had to come leave a review because more managers need to act like that!!!

My return was made super easy and efficient by the staff. They were also very approachable and even allowed me to borrow their heavy duty carts to bring my 135 lbs package in.
It was not an easy task as I was returning a ping pong table, but the team here took care of it. They did not delay to help and did a fantastic job.
