Hello my Name is Frank i had a great experience there and the sales person named Mary was very helpfull and kind. would recommend this store and Mary for help. i tried doing this with at&t on the phone 611 number and they were awefull. went to store in ware and bam everything went great.. have a blessed day Mary....

Savannah & Scott were spectacular! The difference in service at this store is astounding, highly recommend ditching calling customer service and visiting these guys instead! If they can’t help you at the store, they’ll definitely find an alternative. 5 stars througout
