Got my son his phone at this location recently. The employees made it super quick and easy to leave with a new phone that day! Switched from T Mobile back to AT&T. Service is great all around. Will recommend them to friends and family!

I was adding my 2 daughters onto my ATT account and worked with Ian. He was wonderful helping out since 1 child is here local and the other lives in NH. Ian came in on his night off and worked with us for an hour. Then he had to re call me since my daughter in NH could not get her phone to activate. He did wonderful talking her through every step on his time off...Thank you Ian for going above and beyond.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Not only does the process to get new phones take forever, but the service experience at this store has been awful. First I was told my purchase qualified for free AirPods, after getting my first bill I was being charged $21 a month for 12 months for my free AirPods. I took them back to the store and the manager said he couldn’t help me because I was beyond the return period.
Also they put insurance and att next on all my lines and said I needed to remove it after the first bill, which added almost $200 extra. When talking with customer service, who was excellent, they told me everything I was told was incorrect.
Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store or buy online.

This was my first time in this AT&T store location. I was assisted by Manny with an online verification issue I had with a pre-order.Manny helped me in-store with pre-ordering an S24 Ultra and made the process very quick and easy!A couple of days later after I received my phone, I went back to the store and Manny helped me with transferring all of my data from my previous phone.Manny is a valuable asset to AT&T and his customer service skills are top notch. He is friendly, always smiling and has a positive attitude! I will be going back to this location and will refer my friends and family because of the amazing help Manny provided!

Providing exceptional customer service today is rare but Manny at the ATT store in Ware does just that with ease. We made a visit to the store seeking assistance with two unusual problems; we wanted to have the hold button removed from the calling screen and a Cellular One mobile number being called from our ATT device would always ring once and go to voicemail.Manny methodically tried a variety of options until he successfully found the correct button to toggle and the hold button disappeared from the calling screen. He was unfazed by the number of different settings that he had to check before solving the issue. And he always had a smile on his face!After only explaining/showing Manny what was happening when the Cellular One number was called, he theorized that the owner of the Cellular One device accidentally put call forwarding on our ATT number. Two different people at Cellular One insisted that the issue was with our ATT device; no one at Cellular One ever mentioned anything about the call forwarding feature.We brought the Cellular One device to Manny. Not being familiar with it, he quickly located the button that was toggled on that was causing our ATT mobile number to be forwarded to its owner's voicemail. Another issue solved by Manny!Words cannot express how happy we were when we left the ATT Store after dealing with Manny! His calm demeanor helped reduce our frustration level of having devices that wouldn't do what we wanted them to do. His knowledge base and familiarity with devices allows him to troubleshoot sensibly and effectively. ATT, it would serve you well to hire more customer service representatives like Manny!
