Interesting how their same day delivery works. I placed an order. It got canceled because supposedly the item was out of stock but then every single similar item was also out of stock for same day delivery. Ridiculous.

Apparently there are no humans that you can talk to..only a lonely phone voice that will not pass you to a human at any cost.
Apparently the person I called about does not exist because they do not have that name, address, birthday Etc.

I visited on 5/26 at 9am I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes for help to drop off a package and no where in there was a employee my son walked the entire store and we yelled for help and there was no one in sight to help. Anyone could have walked in and taken what they wanted to! Where are your workers at!!

I had a time sensitive package including my private information, bank, and insurance information plus the title to one of my vehicles worth 14,000$ dropped off at the Ware CVS/UPS drop off location. I made a physical exchange of the package with management but management failed to properly scan/track package, due to this the package was never received by issuer or sender and after going through hoops with delivery service, CVS cooperate, and PD package cannot be tracked and has yet to be recovered. Be careful.

We are a provider’s office and the pharmacy staff is rude and inappropriate, I am not yet starting to tell my concern and the staff already shouted on the phone like a Ballistic Karen, irritated. Please hire people with better Attitude and knows customer service. I tried to contact them back for the second time today and the attitude did not improve. If you can’t let them go atleast have them get anger management seminars, the emotion escalated quickly. I can share a call recording if the management needs.

We have always used CVS Pharmacy for prescriptions, etc. Using the coupons are very cost savings when purchasing products. There is a medication drop box to discard old outdated medications. There is a self checkout but their is always an employee assisted checkout. There is an ATM inside the store. Don't forget to take advantage of Holiday clearance products and candy. CVS!!!

Benjamin (clerk) was especially patient and showed so much care for my situation. He was empathetic and talked to me about his own experiences that mirrored mine at the moment. The technical error within the system. I can not express how his demeanor helped me remain calm and I was able to concentrate and get the problem resolved. Thank you Benjamin. I’ve been a CVS customer for years in different states. I prepaid on the CVS App for my husbands prescription, we had the barcode sent by email and the amount had been deducted from my checking account. When we got to the store, they said it didn’t show on their register that it was prepaid. The people at this store told us the they could do nothing to help. The co-pay on this prescription was $162.60, it’s a very expensive heart Med for my 82 year old husband. CVS in Ware, MA pretty much told us to go away. Called CVS corporate customer service, they told me we had been selected to receive a $100 bonus and asked for my checking account info so they could charge me for processing fees. I hung up! Now my bank says they can not process a refund until 7 days, CVS has our money. As soon as we scrape up enough money to pay for my husbands meds “again”, (they still have our money) we’ll go back to CVS and then we’ll be transferring our business to Walgreens! The people at this ware store are completely inept and so very rude!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called the pharmacy to check on my medication. The person who answer very rudely said "Hello, hello, hello" "what do you want". After asking about my medication status, I was told, "so what do you want" and being told that wasnt her problem. Again and again. Save yourself the headache and just go to walgreens up the street. This cemented it and I will be switching today.
