“I have been a member here for decades. It's a small local credit union where you can call and talk to someone any time you have questions- the staff know you, and are super helpful. It's the personal service that you don't get at big banks. I'll never forget the time I called to check my balance and my friend overheard the conversation... she couldn't believe it was my bank on the other end of the phone because it was like I was talking to an old friend. If you don't want to feel like just a number, then this is a great place. It has changed slightly over the years, but still top notch for that local experience. Keep focusing on that, PCT!”

“The benefit of online banking is you rarely have to visit a brick and mortar location. The downfall of online banking is you don’t get to see all the amazing people at this bank. Rockland Trust- specifically this location- was recommended to me by several friends and friends that own businesses. Opening an account was seamless and any questions about changes or upcoming ideas have been received well. I’ve needed to solve a few problems and the solutions have felt very collaborative with the whole staff. The online portions have been very user friendly. I’d recommend this bank and this location to anyone and don’t forget to go in every once in a while!”
