“I came into the store in a pinch, for a very random, specific bolt for my bike saddle for which the original bolt broke. Long, boring story but I basically needed a new bolt so I could ride my bike home to South Dartmouth, otherwise I'd be looking at a v long and expensive Uber ride lol. I'm sorry to say I don't remember the guy's name who helped me but he found exactly the bolt I needed and I was out of there in 3 minutes and only ~50¢ poorer. Fantastic service, great location and the store was PRISTINE!”

I hope they get things back on track or all that new stock and revised store layout is going to go real quiet real quick and everyone is going to go back to the Big Box stores. By the way the big box stores have started to focus on customer service more than in the past.”
