“While at my daughters hockey tournament on Labor Day weekend, my 2012 Honda Pilot's starter went. I was in a real Jam being from CT and a couple of hundred miles from home. Luckily, I called Autozone who had a starter and told me to go to A&A just up the street. They were by far the nicest bunch of people and replaced my starter in a couple of hours so I wouldn't miss my daughters hockey game. They are old school real mechanics who do great work and I can't thank them enough!!”

“Today, I went to Watertown Mutual for the used car check and I am impressed with their service. First of all, they accommodated my service request on the same day. Thanks to George. After they performed their checks, Mike went over all the inspection points clearly and pointed out where they identified the minor issues. They said it would take 90 minutes but they completed their work by 60 minutes. Mike was also kind enough to come to our car and explain the usage of some of the features as we asked questions.
