“My family and I broke down on the turnpike. I called and Mike the owner answered. He was very friendly and understanding that I had someone coming to get us and couldn't wait for the tow truck as they were tied up with an accident. Mike took my fiances triple a card number and we found out it was expired. I told him I could give him my credit card. He said he wasn't worried and we could settle up when I picked up the car. He offered to let me install the alternator there and didn't try to push any services on me as I'm pretty sure they are a mechanic shop as well. This morning I drove out with my truck and trailer and grabbed the car. They had it in the shop most likely because it was dead and probably wouldn't lock. I was impressed and thought to myself this guy cares about his customers. The customer service inside the office was as good as it gets as well, the lady at the desk gave me paperwork so we could get reimbursed by aaa as I didn't have the new card on me. I'd highly recommend Mike and his team. Thank you for getting our explorer off the turnpike.”
