Next to impossible to get through to the store, because there's so many annoying recordings and prompts where they ask a ridiculous amount of questions. After spending 10 minutes trying to get through you will then get a rude representative that speaks in an obnoxious manner. Such an unprofessional company not worth going to!

Review is based solely on my experience coming in only for a cold drink and finding temperature was not cold at all. Cooler may be on its last legs or corp/mgmt trying to save a couple bucks. Do better CVS. Checked myself out, late night. Highly doubt the item was just stocked, possibly but very unlikely. I had already checked out and left before realizing and wasn't going back. I also bought two of the not even chilled drinks (the second only to get a closer to reasonable price by buying two) from the cooler. I do appreciate Watertown staying open 24 hours though.

What I love about this in-store is the exceptional customer service. The staff are always available on the floor and at the register to help customers. They seem to work well together as a team. They are professional, friendly, and always helpful. Of all the CVS stores I've been to, this one seems to be the most organized and friendly. I truly appreciate the staff's support whenever I go there.

On December 20th at approximately 1:23 a.m. I was at the laundromat and discovered I needed more cash so I came over to your store to the Santander Bank telling machine to get some cash. \n\nYour cashier Salvatore, was very nice and friendly and rang up the drink I had to purchase before I ran over back to the laundromat. He was a pleasure he rang me up with a smile and was very pleasant.Then his manager Brandon has came over to the register and said to me \"thank you so much for writing a review about me. If you get me fired I'm going to have no health insurance for my sick wife. He went on to speak at a volume and in a tone and condescending way that was totally unprofessional. \n\nHe then walked away as I stated to him I feel bad about your wife but you need to learn how to speak to people and not alienate people shopping at your store. You need to think before you speak.\n\n if you get yourself fired it will be your own darn fault. I had every intention of letting this encounter . I was allowing him to say whatever it was he had to say and move on.I had recently written a review where I was chastised for sitting down where you pierce your ears going through my cash register receipt looking for my cash rewards and coupons. This did not end there.I came back to the store while my clothes were in the dryer to purchase some more items that I had coupons for. While I was in one of the aisles a Watertown police officer came over to speak to me and tell me that Brandon had stated that I had been at CVS causing problems when I wasn't even anywhere near this guy the second time I came in.Plus he's the one that came over to the register earlier when when Salvatore the other employee kindly rung me up.\n\nOne of the other employees was in the store at the time but I haven't been able to pick up a police report to see if he was at least spoken to because he was there the second time I came in.While I was outside waiting for my laundry to dry, Brandon came outside and started yelling things at me from the CVS parking lot while I sat all the way at the other side in front of the laundromat.\n\nThis time I had to call the Watertown Police.They came over and spoke to me and then went over to speak to Brandon. Brandon made up some story about how I was yelling at him and again I haven't seen the report so I don't know what else.\n\nLaw enforcement has an advised me to go to the courthouse to file a harassment order against Brandon and to file a charge for filing a false police report. I am mortified. I often stop at CVS on my way to work to grab some stuff and when I get out of work later on in the evening you guys are always open. It's a real shame that you have people like this working for you. I am going to advise all of my friends and family to avoid CVS at all costs especially the one in Watertown square.During some of my other visits to CVS, I have overheard Brandon chastising other customers asking them when are they were going to pay for their stuff and when they are going to leave.I want to be contacted by someone from corporate and and from the store regarding this trespass order that has been filed on me under false pretenses. I want an apology from this guy both in writing and in person. I do not think he is helping to make CVS a pleasant environment and needs to be held accountable for his actions immediately.I know there are other people out there that have been affected by this guy at night. He is tall and bald and wears glasses. Please share your stories.

Love to shop @ cvs.I usually find everything I need.The employees are wonderfull. The stores are usually very clean and always have excellent quality and very good prices.

Worst customer service. Cashier up front told me I needed to go to the back of store though she was in the middle of ringing another customer up. Theres a better way to speak to customers.

The Natick CVS is located at the traffic lights and both pharmacy and in-store are open 24 hours a day.

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service at this CVS pharmacy. Their complete disregard for customer care is appalling. I've made numerous attempts to contact them for important medication inquiries, only to be met with continuous neglect as my calls remain unanswered. This is not just poor service; it's a total failure in providing basic pharmacy support. Patients rely on their pharmacy for crucial health information, and this CVS's indifference is both irresponsible and unacceptable. I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternatives where their health and time are valued

Agree with vast majority of low-star reviews. This CVS location and its pharmacy in particular has gone down the toilet. Also, what is the ding-dang point of a 24-hour CVS when its pharmacy hours are 8am-10pm??? Last time I checked that’s only 14 hours … oh yeah, minus the 30min they close for lunch so make that 13.5 hours.

Pharmacists always have an attitude. They mess up prescriptions and if you ask them to fix them they turn around and tell you they are too busy to fix problems THEY created (incorrect billing using coupon). Variation of this extremely bad attitude and just messy delivery has happened before at this location. One of these times, the pharmacist refused to release the prescription stating they needed to go on break while there were clearly 5 more minutes left on the clock and the other tech was helping people from behind me in line. All after they asked me to head at the back of the line after being at consultation (and getting there after I stayed in line at the pick up before as I didn't know they messed it up until they had to ring it). And I was with a toddler and a baby in cart- not the most convenient situation for waiting around - more than 50 min for them to fix their errors. It is just a messy place with an attitude and revolving door for pharmacists (thus no interest on the pharmacists to actually perform). You should have concerns if you pick up your prescription from here- too important to allow these unprofessional pharmacists to mess up your Heath.

Disappointed. The woman at CVS pharmacy was very rude, looks like she is a manager. Was working on my prescription then asked to wait 10 minutes, started working on other stuff and forgot about me.

This cvs is very nice! They were very sweet to me! :) i always go here often and I've had no problems. As a muslim who wear niqab they were really nice! I wish i got their names but everyone there is really helpful!
