“I have been using Artos for both my families car repair needs as well as gasoline for over 10 years. Anytime I have any sort of question regarding a car issue, I know I can easily roll up to Arto and ask his advice (or even call/ text him). He has never tried to sell me on a service or part I didn't need and I trust his opinion on repair do's (or don'ts) 100%. He has even told me "It's cheaper to order the part online - order it (here's the exact part number and place to buy it cheapest) and I'll install it for you". He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and an overall great guy to have as a mechanic. “I love all these 1 star reviews because it's no longer a Shell. But has anyone tried to edit the location? It is, indeed, East Coast gas but the location is great and the station is clean, with full windshield washing stations and paper towels. My only real gripe is that my debit was limited to $50 per fill up. Had to run my card twice.”

Most importantly he took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my car and what the repairs were that needed to happen. As someone who is not well versed in how my car operates I am so grateful for the extra time he took to make sure I understood what was going on, and the kind and clear way he explained what was going on to me.
