Have been going to Home Depot for as long as they have been open, visiting stores all over the country & this Home Depot is a mess. It’s poorly run, I had to bring back a lemon AC unit only to realize they had repackaged a bunch of returns to try & sell these lemons to other customers (prob hoping they can’t come back). They offered $75 off the lemon AC “if I open a Home Depot card”, ok sure but what’s their scam when you bring back the lemon & replace it with an actual working AC now they only refund the original $ so say goodbye to the discount for opening the card. It’s a great scam by this store but as a consumer watch out. I asked 3x so the discount will show on the card, correct? Yes don’t worry, it didn’t and trying to talk to anyone on the phone at this location forget it they don’t answer (go ahead and try I bet it rings 40x). Do yourself a favor use any other Home Depot.

Iam a US army vetran. I came to store to return two items and one of them have recipient and other one not. They denied me to give a store credit. Which is in there return policy. I waited almost one and half hour patiently. With the customerservice desk. I asked politely for a manager. And his name is rich. He cake up and I explained the story over again and he said i have to get the receipt I order to get refund. I was I firmed by othe4 customer service person who was looking for me that in the beginning that in such cases the manager has to over ride. Now he comes and tell me I need a receipt. It's such a worst customer service I ever had from a home depot. Anyone with out a receipt is denied and I felt that I was racial profiled. I will definitely file a com0lain to corporate office for this kind of conduct.

THD Watertown, has become one of the worst stores in the region.
Lacks material, and is often a HUGE MESS when have it
The lumber aisles are the worse, customer service is very slow and not thoughtful, lack planning and logistics,
Overall, I use to come here everyday 3years ago, now I avoid at all cost having to come here.

Still NO Apple Pay at Home Depot. Finally there is a work around for Apple Pay at Home Depot: at the new state of the art self check out (see attached photos) you ask to speak to the store manager. When the manager comes they can do a telephone sale for you. While this is NOT Apple Pay and it eats up an average of 7 minutes of store manager time you can finally buy items at Home Depot with OUT a physical credit card. Stay tuned for the 22nd Century when Home Depot adopts Apple Pay.

I had 2 pallets of plants on pallets showed up on Sunday @ 12:30 they wouldn't off loaded me and the manager was nasty driver if you ever loaded plants do not go to that stored I did 13 stop before no problem once ever but them nasty

I am so grateful and proud of this establishment for the vast diversity of individuals they hire! I am delighted that HD values all individuals! Though the wait for customer service is longer than one would first expect - it is well worth it and wonderful to know your small inconvenience is benefitting SO many!

Be careful when you buy lumber at home depot, we bought a 2x6, but the actual size is only 1.5x5.5, 25% smaller on thickness and more than 10% less on width, we had to drive back twice to exchange for the screws of proper length.
Can't imagine the home depot products shrink like fastfood burgers.
